The INNOVATION SHOWCASE is an opportunity to stand out from the crowd and attract media and buyer attention to your company and booth. It is an extraordinary way for exhibiting companies to introduce and promote their latest products, product launches, and services to our on-site audience and beyond. Products and services entered in the INNOVATION SHOWCASE receive exclusive exposure and publicity and may be eligible for an INNOVATION SHOWCASE Award.
Pre-event Exposure:
- Product(s) listing on the Smart Event. Including company, product, and booth information.
- Promotion of INNOVATION SHOWCASE in a pre-show email campaign.
Event Exposure:
- Product(s) will be prominently displayed on the exhibit hall floor, in the INNOVATION SHOWCASE Gallery, and will be identified by a sign listing the company name and booth number.
Post-event Exposure:
- Event follow-up press release highlighting the INNOVATION SHOWCASE - distributed to industry media.
- Product(s) and company information will be featured in the Smart Event two weeks after the event.
In addition to the exposure listed above, INNOVATION SHOWCASE winners will receive:
- Industry-wide recognition and media attention through a Informa Markets Engineering press release and social media pages (post-show) – featuring and tagging the winning company’s social media accounts.
- Digital artwork that can be used to promote their award post-show in press releases, social media posts, company website, tradeshow, packaging, advertising, corporate email signature, etc.
- Winning companies and products will be featured in a post-show email campaign - emailed to all 2023 show attendees.
To enter your product:
- Complete the INNOVATION SHOWCASE entry form online by the Submission Deadline: Friday, January 27, 2023.
- $995.00 per entry.
- When registering your product(s)/service(s) online, please be prepared to provide the following information: Image of product, company name, booth number, product name, product description, dimensions, brand compatibility, and part number, if applicable (Product descriptions are limited to 200 characters –spaces not included).
All entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet the product guidelines. You will be notified via the email provided in your entry form within 72 hours.

Informa Markets Engineering is NOT liable for any missing/stolen items entered in the INNOVATION SHOWCASE.
Informa Markets Engineering Show Management is not responsible for any third-party photography. When entering product(s)/services(s) into the INNOVATION SHOWCASE, you are providing your consent to allow the public and/or the media to take photos and reproduce the information included in your product description.
Show Management is not responsible for related transportation, spotting, or material handling costs.
