Know Your Move-In and Move-Out Details
Move-In
Due to the size of the event, a targeted move-in schedule has been established with specific dates and times for freight delivery. This means there is a window of time assigned for your freight carrier to check in at the Driver Check-In Desk.
To ensure an on-time show opening on Tuesday morning, all exhibits must be completely set up by Monday, February 5 at 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, the use of unoccupied booth space will be at the sole discretion of Show Management and is subject to resale to standby exhibitors on the waiting list.
Move-In Schedule
• Thursday, February 1 | 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
• Friday, February 2 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
• Saturday, February 3 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
• Sunday, February 4 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
• Monday, February 5 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |

Additional Notes
- Here is a link to the most current floor plan.
- Booths 300 square feet and less have the option to move-in at the targeted date/time assigned or on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, February 3-4-5, 2024 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m..
- Designated *LIFO booths (last in, first out) may not begin set-up until Monday, February 5 at 3 p.m..
- Requests for alternative move-in dates/times will be accommodated whenever possible and can be arranged by contacting Ricky Gonzalez at Freeman: ricky.gonzalez@freemanco.com.
- Should you need to stay past 5 p.m. on any day of move-in, please contact your area Floor Manager or the Show Management office to obtain permission and to be placed on the appropriate access list for security.
Move-Out
Exhibitors are required to keep their booth staffed through the end of the show. Dismantling early is in violation of the fire code and may result in corrective action by Show Management and/or the Fire Marshal.

Where should I park?
Parking spots fill up fast during show days. If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels that offers shuttle service to our event, we recommend parking there and taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle.

INSIDER TIP: Due to high volume on show days, we strongly recommend parking at
the Toy Story parking lot if you arrive after 9 a.m.
Will there be a shuttle bus service to the convention center?
Yes, complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Anaheim Convention Center and many of the hotels in the area – review the full list of hotels and routes on our Travel page.
Fuel Up During the Show
Throughout the show, concessions and coffee stands will be available in the lobbies by the show floor. From 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. all three days, various food trucks will be stationed outside with additional food options.
