Get started

Access the event platform

Our online platform will open for visitors a few weeks before the event for you to update your profile. You will receive a separate email nearer the time with instructions on how to do this.

If you are unable to find the email, please remember to check your inbox and spam folder. Your activation email (Activate your free badge!) will come from us vitafoods@informa.com 

Once you receive it, follow the instructions to confirm your email, create a password and confirm the products and services you’re interested. Please be sure to also add us to your email contact list to ensure you don't miss out on any communications about the event.

Your homepage

The homepage will welcome you to the platform and will give you an overview of the event and your schedule. You can see all the visitor attractions available during the event.

“Recommended Sessions” is personalised to you based on the options you select on your profile. You can add the activities to your schedule or watch them on-demand. 

“Recommended Business Leads” are the exhibitors that match your preferences. 

Update your profile

  • In “About Me”, you can add more information about yourself such as your profile picture. Don’t forget to add your mobile number, so we can send you SMS reminders during the event.
  • In “My Interests”, you can select and confirm the products and services you are looking for. This step is very important as it gives our algorithm the necessary information to match you with our exhibitors, or to both visitors and exhibitors, if you are an exhibitor.
  • Make sure "My Availability" is up to date, to ensure meetings get booked in at a time that suits you. Once you have done this, you can start searching for meetings.

Search for new meetings

On the main menu, you can discover new business connections in “Find Meetings”.  Something to bear in mind is that as a visitor you can only connect with exhibitors, whereas exhibitors can connect with both attendees and other exhibitors

 “Auto Suggestions” gives you a list of suggested exhibitors based on your preferences. You can also “Search” exhibitors using the drop-down options by type or sector area. 

You can define your search further by using the "Refine Results" section, or by using the free text search. If you’d like to know more about a specific contact, click on the information button. Click the star icon to add them to your favourites and connect with them using the "Send Invite" option. Here you can write a concise message about who you are and why you’d like to meet. Organise your meeting schedule

You can keep track of your incoming and outgoing meetings in your “Inbox”. Respond to an invite by either accepting, declining, reassigning to a colleague. Meeting invitations display some information about the user, time, date and location of the meeting. There is also an option to connect before the meeting and even invite other colleagues to join. You can join meetings from this page and have private and secure voice calls as well as chats using the “Meeting Chat” functionality on the side. Here you can also exchange business cards or other files to continue the conversation. Lastly, you can keep track of who has joined the meeting and invite other colleagues if needed. 

Manage your show diary in the "My Schedule" section to let others know when you are available for meetings. 

Find sessions to watch and add to your schedule

On the main menu, you will find access to both the “Thematic Stages”, and the "Main Stage" agenda.

We are organising 4 stages dedicated to key health categories, such as Mental Performance, Gut & Immune Health, Sports & Active Nutrition and Healthy Ageing. Here you can watch webinars, participate in speed networking session, join roundtable discussions, or relevant business contacts within your area of interest. 

Visit the Main Stage each day to find sessions exploring critical business areas, with presentations for the European and APAC markets. These sessions will provide insight on 2022  Trend Projections, Supply-Chain Technology and Packaging.

Don’t forget to add sessions to your schedule to watch them live or add to your favourites to watch them later OnDemand.
