With years of success and growing demand for both Arab Health and MEDLAB, it was time to separate the two shows. Strategically plan the two shows run back to back offering participants with two weeks of business and networking opportunities for the complete year.

  • Arab Health: 28 - 31January 2019
  • MEDLAB: 4 – 7 February 2019

We advised you to visit the last two days of Arab Health, explore Dubai in the weekend and visit the first two days of MEDLAB. 

The exhibition is held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai UAE from 28 - 31 January 2019.

Entry to the exhibition is for conference delegates and trade visitors only. The exhibition is open from:

  • Mon, 28 Jan – 10.30 to 18.00
  • Tue, 29 Jan – 10.00 to 18.00
  • Wed, 30 Jan – 10.00 to 18.00
  • Thu, 31 Jan – 10.00 to 17.00

Registration is required prior to entry, and will be free up until the show days.

There are several parking options available:

  • Opposite Novotel:
    • Car Park C: Free parking
    • Car Park D: Free parking
    • Helipad Car Parking: Free Parking
  • Behind Sheikh Maktoum and Sheikh Rashid Hall:
    • Multi-story: Paid Parking
  • Rashid Tower:
    • Multi-Storey: Paid Parking

Metro:
Take the red line metro route to the Dubai World Trade Centre Metro Station.
The metro operates from Sunday to Wednesday from 05:50-00:00, and on Thursday from 05:50-01:00.

Taxis:
The official Dubai Transport Taxis can be recognised by their cream colour and will charge you by the meter. Ladies-only taxis are also available.

Taxi pick-up is available at the venue next to the Ibis Hotel.

Yes, the exhibition is free to attend if you register before 28 January 2018. Register now for your free pass. 

Registration fee is AED 200 after Sunday 28 January, 5:00pm GST.

You can register online now. Alternatively you can register onsite at the venue during the show.

Yes, you can. Your visitor pass allows you to enter and leave as many times as you like while the exhibition is open.

Check your spam folder as the confirmation email may have been mistaken for spam. You may have made a spelling mistake in your email address. We cannot amend your registration details so you must register again with the correct email address.

Your visitor badge is not transferable. Ask your colleague to sign up at one of the registration desks for their own entry pass. Alternatively, online registration will remain open during the entirety of the show.

You can view the product listing on the online exhibitor directory. Alternatively, you can collect a show catalogue when you arrive onsite during the exhibition.

Arab Health is not authorised to process visa applications for visitors. Processing of visas for visitors can only be arranged through your hotel.

Food and drink from outside the venue are not permitted. There is a wide selection of restaurants and vendors throughout the venue for visitors to select from.
