This session will focus on the importance of defining the vision of a healthcare facility at the beginning of a project to ensure the right facility is being built with the end in mind. It will offer a unique platform for all stakeholders involved in a healthcare build to exchange best practice procedures of who should be involved in the process and when to optimize efficiency. This session will introduce new strategies and encourage collaboration amongst healthcare leadership and regulators across the Middle East who are committed to the region’s vision for excellence in healthcare systems and facilities.
